Meet Layla, the chef and founder of Nader Catering & Events, a company that specializes in creating delectable culinary experiences for events and gatherings. Layla has extensive experience in the culinary industry, having served in various commercial and managerial roles in hotel kitchens, restaurants, and food companies.
In 2019, Layla decided to pursue her true calling and started her own catering venture. Initially, Nader Foods LLC. was offering lasagnas, paellas and Hispanic food through friends and social media. However, pandemic faced up in 2020, Layla quickly turn her business to small gatherings and weekly meals regardless of the long distances she had to travel to make deliveries (She did everything).
Despite the pandemic’s challenges, Layla kept her vision of make Nader Foods a success. Since then, the company has been rising in popularity, due to the passion, effort, quality of the ingredients used and positive feedback from satisfied customers.
As restrictions on gatherings gradually lifted, Nader Foods expanded its services to include event planning, organization, and execution for larger groups.
